The purpose of this document is to gather details to better understand the current situation for each program/process before it goes into the future state Process Improvement portion of the PTP Frontloading effort. This effort will help to ensure all pertinent information required for, or related to, this process is updated before the Development work proceeds. The Process Improvement Engineers, Business Analysts, and Development team will utilize this information and all associated documents with each step going forward. It is the responsibility of the Division/Program to ensure all forms, checklists, templates, reports, and other supporting documentation are identified, current and updated. The updating of existing documents and/or the creation of new documents may occur during the Process Improvement phase. The identified documents must be saved on the PTP SharePoint site in the division’s folder (in one of the topmost 5 folders), located here: https://ncconnect.sharepoint.com/sites/PermittingTransformationProject/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx
